5:15am - dragged self out of bed
5:19am - read 1 Corinthians 1
5:29am - prayer
5:48am - laced up shoes, drove to Lake Ridge
6:10am - warm-up jog, stretching, QM, handstands
6:35am - wall warm-ups 9'6", 10', 10'6"
6:45am - filmed 3 wall runs to frame shooting position

 
6:55am - filmed 7 successive wall runs at 11'6" (2 failed, 5 successful)

7:10am - drove home


August 27, 2009
5:10am - dragged self out of bed
5:18am - read 2 Thessalonians 1-2
5:29am - prayer
5:35am - laced up shoes, began 1 mile warm-up jog
              - ~10 repetitions of L-sit to handstand on bars
              - ~5 repetitions of monkey swings on A-Frame swing set
              - shot video of ~10 backflips off swing
              - ~10 repetitions of frog squat to handstand
7:00am - already running late, walked past neighbor's trashcan and decided to video document jumping skill
7:05am - completed 13 jumps without incident

 
7:07am - 2nd to last jump, hand brushed lid and frustrated me - I knew I was tired
7:07am - last jump, left foot brushed lid and tipped trashcan while I was in mid flight - I landed on my left index finger and left elbow - minor injury to elbow (a mere flesh wound)

7:09am - couldn't end on that, so shot video of frog squat to handstand
7:15am - ate cold cereal while standing on balance cushion
7:20am - hit the shower
