| August 27, 2009 5:10am - dragged self out of bed 5:18am - read 2 Thessalonians 1-2 5:29am - prayer 5:35am - laced up shoes, began 1 mile warm-up jog - ~10 repetitions of L-sit to handstand on bars - ~5 repetitions of monkey swings on A-Frame swing set - shot video of ~10 backflips off swing - ~10 repetitions of frog squat to handstand 7:00am - already running late, walked past neighbor's trashcan and decided to video document jumping skill 7:05am - completed 13 jumps without incident
